Return Policy
- Once the purchase of a production item occurs money can be refunded if the item has not been produced. The customer will be charged for any money transfer or wiring fees incurred due to refunds. In this situation, the refund process will start immediately.
- Orders shall not be cancelled or returned in order to take advantage of a sale or promotion that started after purchasing the item. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Once the purchased item(s) is delivered, if said item(s) is defective due to a manufacturing error, RGR will take the item back at RGR's expense. A label will be sent to the customer. At that point, a new item will be sent to the customer, or his/her money will be refunded. Whatever the customer prefers.
- RGR is not responsible for damage caused by shipping. Items damaged by shipping are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- If the purchased item(s) have been produced or if it has been received and is free of defects and damage, it can be returned at the customer's expense, and a 5% to 20% restocking fee will be charged at the time of the refund. Unless it is a limited production or custom part. The refund process will start once the part has been received.
- Limited production and custom parts sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
